Last night was the Fall Invitational Artist Reception. The turn out was great and a fun time was had by all who attended!

If you didn't get a chance to attend this one, there will be another reception for the 2010 Miniature Show on Nov. 19. Mark the date!

There is still time to see the Fall invitational Show. It will be hanging in the gallery until Oct. 1. So stop by and see these magnificent pieces as soon as you can!

Tonight is the Artists Reception for the 2010 Fall Invitational Art Show. Come as you are and enjoy some light refreshment while meeting and talking with the artists. Admission is free and the reception runs from 6-9 PM.

Don't forget to come to the artists reception for the Three Person Show, tonight from 6-9 PM. Contemporary artists Katherine Crinklaw, Leslie Hurst and Ben Miller will be on hand to answer questions about their different styles and work. There are 45 beautiful works of art in this exquisite show. Light refreshments will be served. Bring your friends, there is no admission fee. Don't miss out on meeting the artists and viewing an excellent show!

The Artist Reception for the Miniature Show was a huge success! There were about 250 people in attendance and 32 of the Artists put in an appearance over the course of 2 hours. Guests had a wonderful time viewing the over 150 pieces of original art, enjoying the refreshments and visiting. If you were unable to attend, here are some photos taken by Lee Harris.You still have time to see and purchase some of these beautiful works of art. The show will hang through December 11.

Sacramento artist Daniel Mundy will be showing at First Street Gallery from September 14 through October 16. Daniel's work is in collections throughout California and the Pacific Northwest, including the collection of renowned Photographer Roman Loranc. The exhibit features over 20 original oil paintings.
Channel Docks
It has taken over 38 years and many miles of canvas to bring Daniel to the confident, measured surety of the work that comes from his brush today.
Light Through Cattail And Scrub
A reception will be held for Daniel on Friday, October 2, from 5-8 pm. Come by and meet Daniel and watch him work on one of his beautiful pieces of art.
