Hope Werness brought us some new jewelry designed with the month of October and Halloween in mind. There is a great necklace with two dancing skeletons and a skull and a pair of skull earrings to match, plus a pair of cat face earrings. All are painted on bottle caps and the earrings have bead adornments. The caps on the necklace are attached to a string of black beads. All would make great accessories for the haunting season, that special Halloween party or the Day of The Dead celebration. Come in and take a look as they won't last long!

We are very pleased to be carrying a new line of jewelry called Transformational Creations. This unique handmade jewelry is made by three women in Uganda who support themselves and their children by making and selling jewelry.

The beads are handmade from triangular strips of newsprint that is tightly rolled, glued, lacquered and dried in the sun. It takes about one day to make each necklace. Necklaces are available in one, two and three strings. Beaded bags come in varying sizes approximately 4x4. Each one comes with a tag containing the name of the woman who made it. Stop by and take a look at these beautiful pieces. Help create hope for these women and their family - one purchase at a time!
